At Furzeno Living, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Please review the information below regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible products that meet the following conditions:

  • Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Product is unused and in its original condition

  • Product is returned in its original packaging

  • Product is free from damage caused after delivery

To ensure a smooth return process, items must be returned in a resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items where stated

  • Gift cards

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assist.

How to Request a Return

Before sending any item back, please contact our support team.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos of the item if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays.

Return Shipping

For approved returns, return shipping is provided at no additional cost to the customer.

We recommend following the return instructions carefully and retaining any shipment confirmation information until the return has been processed.

Furzeno Living is not responsible for packages lost during unauthorized return shipments.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before funds appear in your account.

No restocking fees are charged.

Original shipping charges, where applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what was ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order separately.
